With a background in both construction safety and over 20 years in law enforcement, Joel brings a practical approach to hazard recognition, incident investigation, fall protection, regulatory compliance, and safety leadership. He has supported high-rise construction, manufacturing facilities, infrastructure projects, and nationwide safety inspection programs.

Credentials include OSHA 500, OSHA 510, OSHA Outreach Trainer authorization, NFPA 70E training, and 3M Competent Person Fall Protection certification. Joel is currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health & Safety
