Mr. John F. Malloy, Ph.D. serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Victaulic Company and has been its President since joining the company in March 2002.

After briefly teaching economics at Hamilton College, John began his business career working for Air Products in 1981. Mr. Malloy then spent 19 years at United Technologies, where he was responsible for UTC Carrier’s residential and commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning operations in North America, eventually rising to president of North America for UTC's Carrier division.

During his tenure, Victaulic has grown substantially, expanded to new locations across the globe and become known as an innovative, technology company.

Mr. Malloy is a member of the board of trustees of Lehigh Valley Health Network, Inc. He serves on the board of Hubbell, Inc., Hollingsworth & Vose, Inc., and Cornell Iron Works. Mr. Malloy is also an active supporter and fundraiser for the Valley Youth House in Allentown, which assists and provides homes for homeless and neglected youth in the region.

Mr. Malloy received a BA in Economics from Boston College, and a Ph.D. in Economics from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, where he earned a National Science Foundation Fellowship.

John and his wife, Jane, reside in the Lehigh Valley.
