I am a transformation leader working at the crossroads of people, work, and technology, with 25+ years of global experience across executive, analyst, and hands-on roles. What I am known for is connecting the “big picture” with what actually gets done, turning complexity into clarity and strategy into real, scalable action.

In my current role at Dayforce as Vice President, Market Positioning and Strategy, my focus is to optimize Dayforce's product, positioning and go-to-market alignment with the everchanging market context around people and work in the AI age.

In my 8 years with Gartner as VP Analyst, I worked with hundreds of HR/IT/Tech leaders through targeted advisory and research, and as speaker at various industry events across the world. I have authored 240+ research notes, including AI in HR since 2018, and have led the creation of many new research concepts around EX, DEI, Wellbeing and market trends. I have performed several business and people enablement leadership roles in 3 Gartner practices (HR, IT leaders, Tech & Service providers).

In other past roles at leading companies such as Vodafone, Coca-Cola HBC, Oracle and NGA, I have led global scale initiatives on:

• Design and global implementation of people, organizational and culture transformation, consisting of processes, technology, services and metrics.
• Global implementation of complex technology solutions including strategy, architecture, product management, business case creation, change management, and BAU setup/operations/adoption.
• Organizational design across various functions.
• Global Shared Services/Business Process Outsourcing business case creation, setup and transition.

I have built and led virtual multinational teams of up to 100 people, in both corporate leadership and consultant roles, to achieve outstanding results under aggressive timelines. My leadership philosophy is based on trust, engagement, accountability, continuous development and recognition.

Outside of my day job, I have a passion for education and music. I have held a number of leadership positions in educational institution boards, and I currently mentor early stage non-tech startups and I practice singing and songwriting.
