It's a real pleasure seeing people come here and take an interest in what I do and who I am. I'm Jordan, 26, and the Sous Chef at a French Restaurant. Ive been working in the kitchen ever since i was 16. Through my experiences it dawned on me that I wanted to be Chef. The heat of the moment, the control chaos, the innovation and the excellent food drive me to try and do so many new things. Cooking is a release, and its the best way I know how to share who I am with all of you.
