One of the 100 top managers of Colombia 2007 & the top 10 overseas by the magazine "Gerente".Founder of the National Hispanic Green Construction Association he had been considering an expert on Green Business Plans developer as a consultant of the Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.With 25 years of construction experience he had built several Green projects such the renovation of four landmarks in the USA.
Visionary designer and project manager of Efficient & Healthy buildings in South America and USA for more of 10 years.
Creator of the concept "engineering meaningful" that seeks to develop social indicators of engineering projects due to his experience as a project manager at the United Nations.With this concept was Co-Designer of a Colombia's Sustainable Project proposal MALAZI to rebuild a town in Haiti(2010) presented to OEA ,UNASUR and Red Cross.In 2011,he created an environmental award in Green Construction being the first one of this kind in South America.
Since 2013 is working together with the Colombian Engineering School developing the first Green PM curriculum.
Now he is working as senior environmental consultant for two important projects in Latin America (Caribbean technology park) and the Puerto Salgar River Port and several green construction Initiatives in Brazil,USA & Canada.
