キャリアにおいては、S-CUBED Consulting (S-CUBED) CEO兼Solution Curator。2004年、戦略実行支援を専門にしたコンサルティングファーム、S-CUBED（エスキューブ, http://scubedllc.com/）をロスアンゼルスに設立。スタートアップからグローバルフォーチュン25企業まで幅広い顧客と共に戦略の現実化を4つのサービス群（GRIP)、Growth（成長）、Risk（リスク管理）、Integration（統合）、Performance（パフォーマンス向上）を柱にサポートしている。前職では、世界四大会計事務所の一つであるKPMG（ロサンゼルス／東京事務所） ディレクターとして日米欧のグローバル企業を中心に会計監査および経営コンサルティング業務に従事。
