I am passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges and achieve lasting personal growth. My approach focuses on setting realistic goals and guiding you to reach them while helping you discover inner strength and dedication to self-improvement. Together, we will work on resilience and finding a renewed joy in life.

As a psychotherapist and a life coach, I use a solution-focused Therapeutic Life Counseling model. This integrated approach empowers clients to find balance, achieve growth on their own terms, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I work with a wide range of clients, from doctors and business executives to recent immigrants, adapting my methods to meet everyone’s unique needs, helping them break through barriers and realize their full potential.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (PP) which form a great foundation for addressing a wide range of psychological issues. CBT helps clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors, developing healthier ways of thinking and coping. PP dives into unconscious mind, exploring emotions and experiences that shape our current behavior.

I work with individuals to improve relationships by helping them understand their needs, communication styles, and emotional triggers. I also support families, especially parents and teenagers, in improving communication and resolving conflicts.

3. Anxiety and Depression
I specialize in managing anxiety and depression with practical tools that address emotional and physical symptoms. We identify root causes and develop personalized strategies to promote mental health and stability.

4. Overcoming Life Challenges
I support clients facing career changes, relationship issues, and major life transitions by providing new coping strategies and the confidence to move forward.
