I currently am a senior director/VP of user experience at MasterCard Worldwide, where I lead user experience research & design on our B2B and B2C products & services.

Prior to joining MasterCard in 2004, I worked as a human factors and usability consultant with strategic & IT consulting firms in New York City at the Twin Cities.

I have a passion for field research and human-centered design.
