I mainly participated in large industry projects in various roles. After finishing B.Sc. in computer science I was working for the largest energy company in Slovenia – Petrol d.d., where I was managing successful large ICT projects for mobile fuel solutions. After four years in industry I was invited to work at the University of Maribor, where I also started my Ph.D. – in the area of human computer interaction (completion in 2015).
During my work at University I always loved being actively involved with the industry. My main role was knowledge transfer, project management and consulting on various successful projects. I received a recognition for exemplary achievements at University of Maribor and finished Sprout Entrepreneurship course led by TakingITGlobal and received a certificate of completion for Social Entrepreneur.
My experience was gained in various roles from strategic planning, setting goals and KPI, budgeting, negotiating as well as entire product life cycle management. Building products is my passion.
Currently I am actively involved with ADORA as CEO. We have a mission, a vision and a team that will put ADORA in every hospital and help surgeons save lives.
