Kunal Mandal is a serial entrepreneur | Green Hydrogen Expert | Quiz Master | Podcaster | Speaker | SDG Advocate and a dedicated gallivanter who have travelled to more than 40 countries. He believes curiosity is the most powerful asset one can own and it is the most crucial of the 21 st century skills.

Currently he is focused on decarbonizing industry with the power of Green Hydrogen generated from biomass, spreading curiosity among school children through quizzes and games, and promoting peace through inter-nation cultural and knowledge exchanges.

He has worked as a content strategist for various TV shows like Kaun Banega Crorepati, Tech Grandmaster, News Wiz etc. and has produced content in over 10 different languages. He has more than 10 years of experience in devising ways to foster curiosity, creativity and imagination in young minds; and inculcate skills such as design mindset, computational thinking, adaptive learning etc. He is an active member of the StartUp India platform and mentors young people to help turn their ideas into reality. He has also co-founded Gyaanspace – a quiz and knowledge gamification company and Citybytesindia.com, a travel portal which
helps travellers discover and book inspiring city experiences provided by local experts. His current startup Vivarta Green Technology Solutions pvt. ltd. focuses on green hydrogen production, sustainable waste and wastewater management solutions.

His top ranked podcasts are titled ‘Stuff Tales’ in English which is about the extraordinary stories of ordinary everyday objects and ‘Kya Swaad Hai’ in Hindi which is about stories and memories associated with Indian food.
