Kyle McAuley

Kyle McAuley’s diverse career path reflects his versatility and passion for growth. After graduating from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle with a degree in theater, he relocated to Los Angeles in 2012 to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. Initially focused on acting and music, he spent his early years producing, directing, and hosting original content, including short films and digital projects. Over time, however, he realized his genuine interest lay in real estate and business, which led him to transition into these fields and build a successful career.

In 2015, Kyle took his first step into real estate by purchasing a condo in Northridge, California, which he used as a long-term rental property. This marked the beginning of his investment journey. In 2022, he executed a 1031 exchange, selling the condo and reinvesting the proceeds into two new properties: one in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the other in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. These strategic investments demonstrate his growing real estate expertise and ability to leverage property for financial growth and long-term stability.

Before venturing into real estate and business, Kyle spent six years as a DJ and emcee named DJ Lunakye with VOX DJS. He performed at weddings, bar mitzvahs, and corporate events, building a loyal following and gaining recognition for his entertaining performances. Although he no longer actively promotes his DJ services, he occasionally performs for past clients and friends. His Lunakye persona remains integral to his social media presence, reflecting his creative background and entrepreneurial endeavors.
