Over the past 20+ years, Lee has worked with some of the world’s leading brands (BT, IBM, Acer, BA, Vodafone, 3, RBS, HSBC, Lloyds, AXA, Westpac, ANZ, CBA, NAB to name a few) in a consultative fashion with a view to helping them achieve positive outcomes for both their business and more importantly for their customers.
With a strong background in technology he believes that today’s business can leverage new capabilities much more effectively than they are today: to drive growth, reduce cost and increase brand loyalty - and his goal is to tell them how easy it can be.
Throughout the past two decades he has worked for software companies in the UK and Australia as both a Senior Consultant and more recently as a Sales Lead across Australia and New Zealand.
His belief that technology alone is not the answer is demonstrated through a consultative approach to drive alignment between Brand Promise and Customer Expectation for companies that have a desire to do things better.
