Previously a Summer Analyst at Citi Dublin in The Innovation Lab. The first Citi Innovation Lab dedicated to research and development in the financial services industry is located in the Dublin office. Other Citi Innovation Labs are located in the U.S, Mexico, Israel and Singapore. The Innovation Lab works with the latest technologies like Blockchain, Machine Learning, AI and more.
I wrote my first piece of code at 9 and cut my first video in Final Cut Pro at 12. I'm currently studying Economics & Information and Social Computing in University College Dublin. I also have post-graduate credits in a Software Engineering course from Harvard University Extension School.
I Launched a Tech Blog "GeekOfComedy" from 2008-2013. It was claimed "One To Watch" and an "Internet Sensation" with 350,000+ YouTube views during it's existence and worked with organisations such as RTÉ, Éir, Samsung. The video content produced also led to me presenting entertainment news and interviews for RTÉ 2 & RTÉ TEN.
I previously interned for the CoderDojo Foundation (formerly known as Hello World Foundation) as their first intern back in 2013 and helped develop awareness of the organisation with graphic design, events management, management and video production. CoderDojo is a movement of free coding clubs for kids aged 7-17. Today CoderDojo has over 1,090+ verified Dojos in 63 countries.
