Hey there, I’m Leigh.

I have been working in the hospitality industry for the last 20 years with the last 7 years being in the golf industry.

Having built up a wealth of experience and contacts, from successfully operating very busy venues, to serving high end clients, and building and managing great teams to do great things!

My work passion is perfecting a fantastic workplace environment & culture, which in turn brings out more of those golden moments in the customer journey!

I’ve worked in pretty much every role you can think of in the industry, which has empowered me to be an effective manager over the years.

I’m also qualified in & specialise as a barista, & mixologist - to which I‘m available to do personal and private hireevents if interested, please get in touch for details.

Currently living in London and taking in all it has to offer.

Recently took up racket sports to keep myself fit. Gradually perfecting my golf swing on and off the golf course so feel free to invite me for a round ( I currently play off 29 ) 🏌️‍♂️⛳️

I’m always open to networking and any business opportunities that may come my way, looking continually to expand on my personal brand. I also believe in helping and developing others along the way! it’s always good to give back!
