Reconnect. Breathe. Become.

I’m Linda Hobbs — a presence-based, mind–body practitioner known for helping people slow down, reconnect, and remember who they are beneath the noise.

For over 25 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of emotional healing, the nervous system, and human connection. My work supports solo-hearted adults and couples who are thoughtful, capable, and longing for something more honest, embodied, and alive — in their relationships and within themselves.

Many people come to me saying, “I don’t know what’s wrong — I just know something feels off.”

Together, we listen to what your body and your relationships have been trying to tell you.

My Approach

My work is experiential, relational, and grounded in presence. Rather than focusing solely on insight or strategies, we slow the pace and work with breath, emotion, and nervous system awareness to create meaningful, lasting change.

I draw from:

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)

Mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic practices

Decades of experience in health, wellness, and relational healing

This is not rigid, one-size-fits-all work.

It is responsive, attuned, and deeply human.

Who I Work With

I support:

Solo-hearted individuals yearning for real partnership and self-trust

Couples feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or caught in repeating cycles

Caregivers, professionals, and helpers who give deeply but struggle to receive

People who want healing that includes the body, not just the mind

This work is especially supportive if you value depth, reflection, and intentional growth.

How I Work Today

My practice has evolved beyond traditional weekly psychotherapy.

I now focus primarily on:

Couples intensives

Experiential groups and workshops

Psychoeducational and coaching-informed offerings

These containers allow for focused, meaningful work without long-term weekly commitments.

Limited individual therapy is available through select virtual platforms. If you’re seeking ongoing weekly psychotherapy, I’m happy to provide referrals to trusted colleagues.

Testimonials
Linda is the real deal. Period. I have never experienced such an effective, skillful therapist. It is evident that she is passionate about what she does. She is professional, yet, down to earth. She gently challenges, provides effective reframing, and suggests tools to implement outside of therapy. I am grateful to have found her.

Linda has saved my life. We came from different cultures and we speak in different languages, but she learnt how to connect with me and my spouse regardless of the differences. She is not only taking care of my relationship, but also taking care of myself and my spouse’s. She is very skillful and highly empathetic. As we’re moving back to our country, I look forward to learning more about building connection with my spouse from her social media in the future.

I met Linda socially and as we chatted about family and relationships, I could tell she was coaching me (I didn't know she was a therapist). But her advice wasn't "preachy" or sterile, it was sincere, heart-felt and well thought out. I could tell that she was coaching from experience and a deep knowledge of family relations. Eventually, I realized what her occupation was and it all made sense. She's great at her craft, and it's clear in even casual conversation! I'd completely recommend her.
