Libby is a communications professional with extensive experience in writing, editing, public relations, and social media strategy, specializing in non-profits. She has served as the Managing Editor for several online magazines and is working on her own venture, More than Latina.

Combining her background in education with her writing and communications experience, she develops and facilitates workshops in both the technological and writing aspects of blogging as well as social media

Libby is also an activist in her Chicago community of Humboldt Park. She served on the board of archi-treasures, as a Volunteer Leader for Chicago Cares Serv-a-Thon and MLK Day of Service, a mentor for several youth programs, and is currently advocating and fundraising around ending Alzheimer's.

The diversity in her years of experience is a direct result of her belief that you can do and be anything if you commit yourself to a lifetime of giving and learning.
