Llamar Walker, LCSW
Psychotherapist, Cultural Disrupter, and Mental Health Advocate in NYC
A popular Jamaican proverb says, “If yuh want gud, your nose haffi run” –a reminder that anything worthwhile requires effort and sacrifice. I believe that therapy is one of those “good” things. It’s a powerful tool for growth, healing and claiming the life you truly deserve.
Welcome and Congratulations in taking the steps to becoming a better version of yourself.
