I am Lulwa Hassan Al-Naimi, a Senior E-Learning Expert at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar, with over 18 years of experience in educational technology. I began my career as an IT teacher, then as an e-learning projects coordinator, and have since advanced to leading national initiatives in integrating technology into education.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Qatar University and a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity with Distinction and Honors from Liverpool John Moores University. I am currently pursuing a PhD at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in the field of Artificial Intelligence in Education.
I have contributed to key national projects such as Digital Citizenship, Cybersecurity Curricula, and Digital Competencies Frameworks. I am also a Certified Trainer and Judge in Robotics, and a Certified Trainer in Technology Integration in Education (ISTE).
I have participated in numerous international conferences and workshops as a speaker in digital education and have received multiple awards in local and regional robotics competitions, alongside professional recognitions for excellence in e-learning.
My passion lies in designing innovative digital learning solutions that enhance both teaching and learning experiences, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and interactive tools — driving towards a sustainable, high-quality education system aligned with Qatar National Vision 2030.
