Lorraine Dallmeier is a multi award-winning CEO, Entrepreneur, Chartered Environmentalist, Biologist and public speaker.

She runs Formula Botanica, the online organic cosmetic formulation school, which has trained over 22,000 people in 190+ countries to become organic skincare and haircare formulators and start their own indie beauty brand.

Lorraine is also the host of the 5-star Green Beauty Conversations podcast, which has had over 1.3 million global downloads and shines a spotlight on sustainability in the cosmetics industry.

Lorraine was voted the most influential person in the natural beauty sector and won the Digital Achiever of the Year award at the CEW Achiever Awards, judged by Google.

Prior to growing Formula Botanica from a small start-up to a multi-million pound teaching institution, Lorraine worked and lived in the UK, USA, Netherlands, Russia and Australia.

Lorraine lives with her partner and 2 young boys in the southwest of England, but is originally from the Netherlands.
