Marco Fields has spent more than three decades working alongside founders, executive teams, boards and philanthropic families through growth, transition and legacy decisions. She has worked on both sides of the philanthropic relationship: with families deciding how to steward their resources and with the organizations responsible for turning those resources into results.

Today, Marco is the Founder & Principal of White Whale Partners, where she works with nonprofit and mission driven leaders on executive advisory, organizational strategy, corporate partnerships, fundraising and signature events.

She is also the Founder of Moxxy Women, a community that brings women together through private salons and storytelling on leadership, reinvention and philanthropy.

Marco writes and speaks about identity, leadership and the courage to live visibly. Her own experience as a woman living with vitiligo has made that work deeply personal and strengthened her commitment to helping people feel seen, understood and loved.
