Mark's mission is to be an enthusiastic encourager who generously cares for and serves others. He has made it his life's work with over thirty years of escalating nonprofit experience to do just that. He is a passionate, compassionate, extroverted people-person, skilled in team building, leadership development and communication. He has extensive experience in donor development, in working with boards and in leading organizations through times of transition.

He is passionate about helping leaders with life/work balance. He is known for his ability to build and lead teams, and helping groups navigate difficult waters.
He lives in Bellingham, WA near Mt. Baker but still has basketball season tickets to his beloved Gonzaga Bulldogs in Spokane (400 miles away); please don't ask him to speak during March Madness, it presents a value conflict for him that is VERY DIFFICULT!!
