Currently serving as SVP, Marketing & Innovation at BIMM, and VP, Programming & Innovation on the Board of Directors of the American Marketing Association (Toronto Chapter), I also advise select clients as a Fractional CMO and Executive Advisor — helping leaders navigate transformation, build culture and grow with purpose.

Throughout my three decade career, I have helped organizations navigate change, scale with purpose and drive innovation through storytelling, culture, and values-led strategy. With deep expertise in brand and digital transformation, business strategy, organizational design, change management and coaching, I’ve supported C-level executives and founders to achieve global growth.

At my core, I’m a pattern shaper who excels at the edge of chaos and change. I see the systems beneath the surface, connect dots others might miss, and translate complexity into momentum. That’s my superpower: bridging empathy and execution to help leaders and teams get unstuck and move from vision to velocity.

When I’m at my best, I help leaders spark optimism, build communities, and inspire change.

I’ve called Toronto, Montréal, and Austin home, while my work has taken me across Canada, the U.S., Australia, Colombia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Kenya and the U.K.. Each place has deepened my perspective on how culture, creativity, and human connection shape a brand’s story and impact.

Along the way, I’ve partnered with global brand icons like Netflix, Four Seasons, Audi, Google, VISA, Gillette, HP, M&M’s, and Unilever alongside impact-based organizations like Forest Carbon, Movember, World Resource Institute, YLabs and Operation Pre-Frontal Cortex, leading strategy, creative and data teams to tell the stories that make a difference.

A 5x Cannes Lion winner, I've helped three agencies earn Agency of the Year honours and spoken at SXSW, Climate Week TO, Banff World Media Festival and VIFF on the future of creativity, innovation, and culture.

Beyond work, I’ve created spaces for connection and storytelling. I run a roaming Supper Club of change-makers in Toronto, New York, Austin, and Las Vegas during cultural moments like Ad Week, SXSW, and CES, bringing together founders, creators, and community builders around the dinner table. I bring generations together to create legacies of generational health instead of wealth. I have served on TIFF's Digital Advisory Board and currently sit on the Board of Directors of the AMA - Toronto Chapter as VP, Programming & Innovation — bringing strategic perspective on digital transformation, programming and audience engagement to organizations at the forefront of culture and industry.

Outside of marketing, I’m a live music photographer and a published music journalist with Brooklyn-based publication The Pop Break and my blog at: @Roguemischief.blog — passions that keep me close to culture, creativity, and the power of shared experiences.

What I’ve loved most throughout my career — whether leading global brands, mentoring founders, or capturing stories through music and photography — is helping people feel more connected, inspired and optimistic about what’s possible.
