I've worked to support learning strategy and solutions at Capital One, Nike, Cigna Healthcare, Microsoft, GSK, BMS, the Department of Defense, Homeland Security, the VA, ExxonMobil, and Valero.

I spend my time preparing strategies, but I've got no problem getting my hands dirty and executing on ideas. My focus in recent years is technology, both for the learner (social learning, learning portals, LMSs, eLearning, and mobile) as well as those infrastructure tools to support the learning function (LCMSs, workflow tools, project management, and others).
