I step into critical meetings - Board sessions, Staff Meetings, Project Reviews - and work on the real dynamics as they happen. The unspoken, power games, unresolved conflicts, artificial harmony: the things that paralyze teams and no training program ever touches.
I don't do training. I don't do motivational coaching. I don't do pre-packaged solutions.
I work with those willing to look at what's not working and serious enough to change it.

Born in Tuscany, based in Rome with my wife Stefania and our children Alessandro and Zoe. When I'm not in a critical meeting, I'm on a mat, running through mud or travelling somewhere. And when Stefania leads her retreats, the facilitator plays support.
