Mehmet Sincar is an Associate Professor at the University of Gaziantep, in Turkiye. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Education from University of Gazi, a Master Degree in Educational Administration from University of Gaziantep, and a Ph.D. degree in Educational Administration from the University of İnönü.
