Coaching allows me to support the professional development of others, whether it involves becoming “unstuck” in their positions, growing in their jobs, or transforming their careers. By facilitating training workshops on topics such as goal setting or change management, I help leaders run their organizations more effectively.

I also care deeply about empowering mid-career and senior-level professionals. As a Black woman, and first-generation American, I’m equally interested in creating an inclusive environment for everyone I serve.

Along with providing coaching and facilitation services, I work as a lecturer at Teachers College, Columbia University. Additionally, I’ve held a series of HR, talent management, and consulting positions in companies such as PwC, Pfizer, and the Port Authority of NY and NJ.
