Michael is an established Leader with 20 years of experience in managing Business Technology and Transformation Services within various sectors including Professional Services, Automotive, FMCG, IT Enterprise Services, Telecommunications, Agribusiness and Manufacturing.

As a Digital Transformation expert, Michael is passionate about delivering value through human-centered technology experiences.

Michael has had a successful track record in implementing major transformation initiatives ranging from devising Digital transformation strategies, Product Management, Software Development Management/DevOps, Digital presence orchestration with focus on B2B and B2C channel optimization and IT Governance installations for organizations within East Africa.

Michael has previously served as the General Manager, Information Technology for CFAO Group in East Africa and is currently the Associate Director, IT Services at KPMG East Africa.
