Michelle Gyimah

I am a 34 year HR and Equalities Consultancy and trainer. After taking redundancy from the Equality and Human Rights Commission, I decided to finally do something that I have been thinking about for over 3 years. Start my own business.

I am passionate about equality in the workplace and really want to help UK businesses get their employment procedures and practices right.

Soon I will be training to be a career coach, to add my current skill set and business venture. This will enable me to help employees too.

I love new challenges and I'm very excited to see where my new business venture will take me.
