My first online community was for UK public sector supported housing professionals in 2004. In 2008, I piloted a company private network on Ning.

From January 2009 to May 2011, I set up and managed a global employee community where I helped members collaborate and network, both inside and outside the business. I am always available to talk about collaboration.
