Mike Winston, CFA is a Wall Street-trained investor, hedge fund founder, and technology executive. He is the Founder & Managing Partner of Sutton View Capital (an employee-owned event-driven hedge fund advisor established in 2012), Founder & Executive Chairman of Jet.AI, Inc. (NASDAQ: JTAI), and Co-Sponsor & CEO of AI Infrastructure Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: AIIA), a special purpose acquisition company focused on data centers and AI infrastructure.

Winston began his career in 1999 at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he covered the telecom sector as an equity research analyst. His team was ranked #1 by Institutional Investor Magazine. He then spent five years as a Director at Millennium Partners, co-managing a $1 billion merger arbitrage and event-driven book through Catapult Capital Management: a formative discipline in reading corporate events, assessing deal probability, and determining what businesses are actually worth when a transaction breaks.

At Sutton View Capital, Winston has advised one of the largest academic endowments in the world and co-led activist litigation against the Dole Foods board of directors that delivered a 35% increase in total consideration for shareholders.

As a founder, he built Jet.AI, Inc. (formerly Jet Token), a private aviation and AI technology company that went public on NASDAQ under the ticker JTAI. Following flyExclusive's February 2025 acquisition of Jet.AI's aviation business, the company is now expanding into data center infrastructure and power generation using aero-derivative engines. Building on that pivot, Winston co-sponsored AI Infrastructure Acquisition Corp. in 2025, a NYSE-listed SPAC ("ship to grid") targeting the data center and AI infrastructure sector, where he serves as Co-Sponsor & CEO.

At 18, Mike Winston won a $1 million prize from IBM for a startup that triggered real-world phone calls from digital calendar events. He holds an MBA in Finance & Real Estate from Columbia Business School, a BA in Economics from Cornell University (including a year at the London School of Economics), and the CFA designation. He is a member of the Economic Club of New York.
