I specialise in ADHD and trauma, integrating EMDR, ACT, and MBT with a strong focus on practical, occupation-based strategies.

I’m also passionate about taking therapy outdoors - using nature-based and adventure approaches to help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them.
