Missy B's has two decades of grassroots and corporate experience in the Music & Fashion industry. Her past positions include Store Management, Clothing Buyer, Fashion Director of a Magazine, Street-Team Manager, Personal Assistant to the CEO, as well as Office Management of clothing labels.

She has grown up and developed her passions along the way. Missy B coordinated Hiphop Appreciation Week in Portland, OR with KRS Foundation and HiPitch Media for 3 years along with working with the local boys group home, Successful Choices in achieving their non-profit status.

In 2007, she created a radio show with DJ OG ONE and hosted it on SwurvRadio.com titled Sex & Politics. For 6 years she interviewed the industries greats to the up and coming. Focusing on independent artist, producers, & designers while reviewing a bottle of wine, liquor or champagne which cost under $20.

Missy B held the title of Regional Marketing Director at SwurvRadio.com for 8 years and is currently partners with Dough from Da Go in the Stack or Starve Brand out of Chicago.

Booking artists likes Legendary Dj Kool Herc, Easy Mo Bee and Hip Hop Photoagrapher Ernie Pannicioli. She has also helped break and promote new artists with whom she believes has talent, well put together project and a plan to penetrate today's market.

In 2011, Missy saw the need for additional support and exposure for indie female artists so she founded FemaleFlow.com

She is currently on the board for The PDX Hiphop Collective, Personal Assistant to Juan "Shampoo" Ramirez of DefJam Records while she continues to build FemaleFlow.com & Stack or Starve Brand with partner Dough from da Go.
