Heya, my name is Pou.
I'm a Project Leader with a background in business, technology, digital delivery and stakeholder engagement.
I'm known for connecting people, building bridges between different groups and maintaining those relationships long enough to deliver meaningful outcomes.
I'm passionate about bringing people together to solve complex problems and delivering practical outcomes that strengthen communities and the environment.

What I'm working on
• Leading the development of the Manawatū River Loop Resilience Programme, including a $3 million Regional Infrastructure Fund application.
• Developing Awa Watch, a digital platform that makes New Zealand's water and infrastructure information more accessible and transparent.

Governance
• Project Lead - Save Our River Trust.
• Governance Committee Member - Foxton Futures, contributing to strategic direction across Community, Nature and Environment, Sport and Recreation, and Transport and Infrastructure in partnership with Horowhenua District Council.
• Trustee & Project Lead - Foxton Flax Museum, supporting governance while contributing to research and development exploring the potential of New Zealand flax fibres for innovative products and applications.
