Matthew is Director of Strategy and Deputy Medical Director at Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust and Professor of Clinical Systems Design at Warwick Medical School. He is also honorary professor in the Dept. of Engineering at Brunel University. He was in the Health Service Journal as one of the top 100 most influential clinical leaders in the NHS in 2013 and 2014 and has previously been in the Times top 100 UK doctors. He has extensive experience in supporting improvement and change in emergency care in UK and internationally.
