About Me:
After practicing as a licensed mental health counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist since 2006, I am moving into a consultant and coaching role after seeing how effective cognitive behavioral therapy can be, but understanding the weak areas for people on either end of therapy - before starting, and after ending psychotherapy.
Coaching allows for increased access to practicing and improving the use of cognitive behavioral theory across borders.
