Hi, I’m Susie, the owner and nail artist behind Nails by Susie LLC, and a luxury nail technician specializing in intentional, health-focused nail care.

My journey with nails didn’t start in a classroom, it started with passion, curiosity, and a willingness to learn wherever I could. I began doing nails in California, specifically in El Monte, where I first fell in love with the process and creativity behind nail services. Over time, that passion followed me to Nevada, where I continued practicing and refining my skills, gaining hands-on experience and learning the realities of the beauty industry from the ground up.

In mid-2023, at the peak of my pregnancy, I made the life-changing decision to move to Arizona. Starting over in a new state while pregnant was both challenging and transformative. Shortly after welcoming my baby, I knew it was time to officially invest in myself, my education, and our future. In early 2024, once I had the stability and means to do so, I enrolled in beauty school in Arizona and became a licensed nail technician, turning years of real-world experience into formal credentials.

Today, I bring 5+ years of hands-on industry experience into a luxury, private-suite setting where quality, safety, and intention come first. I am also a certified MediNails Advanced Nail Tech, meaning I’ve completed advanced training focused on medical-grade disinfection, nail health, and working safely with natural nails and feet especially for clients with medical conditions or specific health considerations. Nail health, safety, and education are the foundation of everything I do.

I strongly believe that luxury comes from skill, education, and care, which is why I continuously invest in advanced training. I’ve refined my acrylic application through a private one-on-one class with Marie Nailz, Cardi B’s nail technician, who flew from Texas to Arizona to work with me personally. I’ve also trained in acrylic toe application under Real Queen Tips, recognized as one of the best toe techs in the Valley and someone who has also served as a mentor to me. Additionally, I’ve completed polygel toe application training under Fierce Phalanges, known on Instagram as one of the top toe techs in the San Diego area.

Learning directly from leaders who set the standard has allowed me to elevate my technique, precision, and overall service quality ensuring my clients receive results that are both beautiful and safe.

As my skills evolved, so did my vision and that’s how Soft Girl Society was created.

Soft Girl Society is the experience behind Nails by Susie. It was designed for women who want to slow down, feel cared for, and receive intentional, unrushed luxury services. Here, nails are never overworked, appointments are never rushed, and every service is customized to your lifestyle, nail history, and long-term goals. This space blends gentle techniques, clean luxury, and education, so you always leave feeling confident, relaxed, and informed.

My work goes beyond aesthetics. My goal is to help clients understand their nails, make informed choices, and feel safe knowing they’re in the hands of a professional who values both beauty and health. Whether you’re here for nail rehabilitation, long-term nail growth, or elevated self-care, my mission is for you to leave feeling empowered, educated, and truly taken care of.
