NCSA Athletic Recruiting, the first "athleadership" network, is a recruiting network dedicated to pairing student athletes with recruiters and coaches from colleges and universities. Led by 300 former athletes, the organization provides students with tools for assessing and building their potential in the college recruitment environment and contacting the best-fitting coaches in 27 college sports. Through NCSA, student athletes can target schools that best fit their goals and passions, communicate directly with coaches, distribute their athletic and academic achievement records, and earn scholarships towards the cost of their college educations. Additionally, NCSA Athletic Recruiting informs and assists college coaches and companies with interests in sports.

Depending on its member's needs, NCSA Athletic Recruiting offers two different types of membership: Prospect Membership and Verified Recruit Membership. The Prospect Membership, available at no cost, includes a free profile that may include athletic records, grades, personal references, or other relevant information. Cost-free NCSA Athletic Recruiting membership allows students to distribute their information to more than 42,000 college coaches. NCSA also offers Verified Recruit Membership at a low cost starting at $3 per day. Verified Recruit Membership includes all the benefits of the no-cost Prospect Membership, plus additional recruitment consulting, college matching, career placement, and video editing services.

NCSA Athletic Recruiting has earned a number of business awards for its contributions to the college athletics recruiting industry, including an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), placement among Chicago's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, and several awards from Inc. Magazine. Throughout its operational history, the organization has been featured on several major television networks, including ESPN, CBS, and CNN.
