Nicholas Assef is a business experience manager and a lawyer. He holds a graduate diploma in legal practices, bachelor of law honors degree and a Master of Law degree in Corporate and Takeover Law from a matter of business. To blend his career, he went ahead to pursue post graduate degree in valuation from Harvard Business School. He then went ahead and earned a master of business administration degree in game theory and corporate finance from Bond University Law School. He has several publications under his name. Mr. Assef served as an academic staff at the Bond University then later Macquarie University.

After serving as a solicitor with Allen & Hemsley's Mergers and Acquisitions, the High Court of Australia & the Supreme Court of New South Wales, he founded the Lincoln Crowne & Company. He has held roles with Australian financial services players being involved in several speaking engagements. Mr. Assef delivers special counsel to clients both on domestic and cross-border corporate initiatives. He has spent over 20 years settling disputes related to mergers and acquisitions transactions and contentious corporate situations. With his Lincoln Crowne & company he has spearheaded several developments, for example, the wind solar merger and the corporate strategy development services. The Lincoln Crowne & company have also contributed towards people with multiple sclerosis through the MS Gong Ride. Mr. Assef through LCC offers securities leadership, market entry strategy development, and competitive landscape analysis services. His clienteles include EQUINIX, BBC, CPM, and Australian Pacific Coal. Under his leadership, LCC has advised on approximately A$500m in completed and pending Merger & Acquisition transactions in the past twelve months. In June 2013, he announced the expansion of LCC’s existing Australian & South East Asian industry research initiatives.
