🚀 My mission is to make analytics more accessible, actionable, and impactful. By combining strategy, technology, and a deep understanding of user and stakeholder needs, I help teams move beyond dashboards toward real decision intelligence.

​​​📊​ I have worked 13+ yrs in IT delivery and consulting with focus on analytics, including areas such as business intelligence, information management and data governance. Most of my projects were international.

​​​💉​ Currently I invent for life as a Director of Insights & Intelligence at MSD IT. Previously, I worked with clients from finance, academy and retail. I know analytics challenges well from many perspectives as I experienced variety of client facing, engineering and leadership roles.

📖 I co-authored book Data Analytics Initiatives and lecture on data & analytics at leading universities, including Prague University of Economics and Business, UC Berkeley and Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

​​​🏘​ I live in Tábor, Czechia. When I am not working, I discover beauties of South Bohemia with my family and organize trainings for prospective young leaders in Junák - Czech Scouting.
