With two decades spent consulting with impact-driven companies and purpose-driven leaders, helping them build their dreams, Bonnielee has turned her expertise in mentoring, operations, strategy, and project management into something powerful: a framework for creative and professional growth that honors real life alongside real growth.

Bonnielee shows up as a strategic thought partner and a grounding presence for her community.

Rooted in a deep love for community care, Bonnielee's approach is also shaped by her foundation in alternative medicine — built through coursework at Everglades University — and her national certification as a Clinical Medical Assistant from NVCC. She brings that same wellness-minded precision into everything she builds.

With 17 years of experience in operations and technology management, she has a strong track record of strengthening organizational infrastructure. Now a senior leader at a nonprofit, she also serves as an expert mentor here at Origin Eleven focused on human-centric growth. Her approach helps mentees thrive on whatever path best fits their needs - whether that means growing from where they currently stand, shifting direction, or building something entirely new.

JR C.

JR begins his professional journey with us, bringing a disciplined and dedicated approach to his mentorship. He studied Game Development at the Academy of Art University and continues to study and earn certifications in growth, mindfulness, and understanding human behavior. As a neurodivergent individual himself, JR brings firsthand insight and expertise to his work with mentees, offering a uniquely empathetic and informed perspective on navigating growth and personal development.
