His involvement in construction began earlier, in 2003, when he started building homes alongside his cousin. Over time, he remodeled properties and developed the skills that later became the foundation of his business. In 2019, he established Zondo Construction and Zondo Roofing, overseeing residential homes, apartment complexes, and commercial buildings across South Texas.

Oscar has also worked on renovation and restoration projects, focusing on churches, commercial buildings, and residential properties.
