I'm obsessed with what happens when committed people come together to do something hard, and by what it takes to lead them.
One question is at the heart of everything I do: what becomes possible when the right people commit to something together, and how do you become the leader who takes them there?
I direct this energy in several ways:
1️⃣ I coach mission-driven founders, CEOs and their teams navigating critical inflection points. My roster includes a handful of leaders at a time, six-month engagements, built around hard work, accountability, and consistency.
2️⃣ I build community infrastructure for early-stage ventures and the investors who back them. Customer-led growth, by design. I start, scale, and run high-signal communities that turn a company's customers into members, and its members into a growth engine. 5 years and counting, for some of the most influential founders and brands in tech.
3️⃣ I connect & coach endurance athletes doing hard things, through Endurance Nation and Avanti Tours.
4️⃣ I write about the journey, my operating system, and the power of community in my newsletter, Hard to Kill.
When I’m not at the laptop, you can find me moonlighting as a compulsive endurance athlete.
