I am a chef living in Blackburn, United Kingdom, I have over 35 years of experience in professional catering environments, primarily pub/restaurant establishments,mainly as a grill chef usually working in small teams producing high quality English food.

My other interests range from photography to graphic design. I am also interested in politics, causes, and technology.
