With nearly 30 years of experience, my career began in manufacturing as a Quality Manager. As the sector shifted globally, I transitioned into the fast-paced world of translation and localisation, drawn by the ever-present need for quality and clarity in a constantly evolving environment. These two principles have guided me ever since.

Over the years, I’ve held senior international roles across several language service providers and have been deeply involved in numerous cross-border M&A transactions. Along the way, I became a trusted coach to C-level executives, helping them navigate complex organisational challenges.

In 2014, I founded XTENSOS to formalise this approach. Since then, we’ve partnered with companies within and beyond the language industry, including Private Equity and Venture Capital firms, supporting them in growing, transforming, or investing in high-potential assets.

Our strength lies in blending deep industry expertise with practical, strategic support, always with a human touch, even as we embrace AI-driven solutions.
