I’m Paulo Azenha, founder of Innovalidate and creator of the InnoSprint™ framework. With over two decades of international experience across Europe and beyond — including a strong connection to the Scandinavian innovation ecosystem — I work at the intersection of strategy, sustainability, and execution.

My doctoral research explores the sharing economy, sustainability, and well-being, providing the academic foundations that inform my practical work. Building on these insights, I developed InnoSprint™, a framework that translates research into action — helping organizations move from complexity to clear decisions and measurable impact.

Over the years, I’ve led projects across industries including luxury, B2B insurance, digital platforms, tourism, hospitality, and semi-public institutions, always focused on creating tangible results and sustainable transformation.

I’ve presented my work at international conferences such as QUIS (Sweden, Italy), the Marketplace Risk Conference (London), and the University of Zaragoza, contributing to discussions on innovation, well-being, and business transformation.

At the core, I’m driven by Nordic values of sustainability, co-creation, and systemic thinking. Through Innovalidate, my goal is simple: help organizations move from complexity to confident execution.
