I work as Senior Experience Designer at Digital Innovation Partners at ZEISS driving the future of ZEISS experiences.

In 2013 I first joined ZEISS as User Experience Engineer and Project Leader for Digital Solutions within the Semiconductor Industry branch working in R&D for EUV Technology at Carl Zeiss SMT GmbH.

Before 2013 I worked as Head Software Engineer for the world leader of the packaging machine manufacturing industry being responsible for Usability Engineering for the new MES software suite.

I studied Computing Science at the University of Applied Sciences in Aalen and Design, 3D Visualisation and Audiovisual Media at Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne - which I call second home since then.

Being an active German Usability Professionals Association - short GUPA - member since years I enjoy contributing to the "Inhouse Usability" workgroup.

Since 2013 I call Berlin another second home after having completed a one year "Usability Consultant" course at artop GmbH - a Humboldt University institute spin-off.

Being a UX pro and Software Engineer I love to bridge the gap between those disciplines and strive after a growing integration of them for creating better experiences.

My purpose in my life is my cute little rocker, the every day fighting for UX and my favourite noise maker:Drums
