Peter Vitale

Peter Vitale is the Owner of Bloomfield Insurance Group, LLC, based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Through his consulting business, he helps small and medium insurance agencies thrive.

For each client, Peter Vitale personally spends multiple days perfecting strategy to address growth issues, and render agencies more profitable. These strategies typically include a combination of retraining, marketing and operational changes, focusing on increasing profit primarily through growing top-line revenue.

Peter Vitale takes a small equity stake in each of the agencies that he consults for, which guarantees that he is personally invested in the future of each of Bloomfield Insurance Group’s clients.

Prior to establishing Bloomfield Insurance Group, Peter Vitale gained extensive experience in the insurance realm via employment with Allstate. He launched his career as an Executive Account Manager.

Shortly thereafter, Vitale launched his own agency. It was through his own Allstate agency that Vitale first perfected his leadership skills.

In his first year of agency ownership, Peter Vitale earned a national and regional award for his agency’s growth. In his third year, he was recognized by Allstate for having the company’s fastest-growing agency.
