I am a Chicago-based Account Executive at Gather Digital. We sell mobile apps for events and conferences to some of the biggest names in the world. This is my second SaaS adventure and I love all things TMT. As employee #2 at my last venture, I was the head of sales and helped the company 3x revenue, 3x headcount, win acceptance into the prestigious TechStars accelerator, and close new VC funding - all in a little under 2 years.

The corporate value I prize most is a mission-centric commitment to disruptive innovation (best articulated by Clayton Christensen in The Innovator's Dilemma). The individual value I prize most is a commitment to integrity in selling consumers real value-add product. Providing people with transformative and lasting value is fun! Lying to close new business sucks and I don't stick around anywhere that I feel compelled to do back-bends when talking to potential clients.

My personal passion is a mix of hustling for new business, leading change, and building scalable teams built for rapid growth. I love to do 3 things:

1. Create and execute winning go-to-market strategy

2. Optimize internal process & create sustainable best practice

3. Build and scale teams

During non-work hours, I mentor high school students through Willow Creek Community Church's youth ministry.
