Rachel Bouman

Washington, D.C.

Rachel Bouman is currently an EEO attorney with the Library of Congress, and enjoys her work. But what does she like to do outside of it? It could be summed up in two words: cooking and travel.

Bouman has a rather busy schedule, which means she must be efficent with her time at home and at work. When she's with her family, she looks for meals that are pretty easy to cook, yet supremely scrumptious. Quick, easy, and healthful are her culinary guidelines, and her meals surely do not dissapoint.

She also has quite the travel bug. Although she spent much of her youth in San Francisco, she was actually born in the US Territory of Guam. Her father is Dutch, and gave her a sense of appreciation for different cultures.
