Randy Zeno is currently the Chief Executive Officer and a Board Director of INNOVÉ Beauty & Wellness, where he leads the company’s mission to transform the beauty and wellness industry through innovation, technology, and accessible professional-grade solutions. Since joining INNOVÉ in January 2022, Randy has driven a comprehensive commercial and operational transformation focused on accelerating growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence in high-potential channels across the global beauty tech and wellness markets.

With 40 years of experience leading consumer-sector businesses, Randy has built a distinguished career at the intersection of brand building, innovation, operational excellence, and cultural relevance. Under his leadership, INNOVÉ is introducing WellFit, a new line of skin-care treatments that extends the company’s proprietary technologies into the broader health and wellness category. He is also advancing transformative strategic partnerships outside the tanning channel and scaling the company’s next-generation Mystic Unity spray system.

Prior to INNOVÉ, Randy served as CEO of Urban Therapy, a global natural personal care company originally owned by Wexford Capital Partners and now part of Argyll Investments Family Office, where he successfully expanded brand distribution into major retailers while growing the company’s international footprint. He also previously served as CEO of Dr. Miracles and held earlier leadership roles including Interim President at Reynolds Consumer Products.

Randy’s career spans a range of executive appointments within public companies and private-equity portfolio businesses, including Birds Eye Foods (Vestar), Metropoulos Group (International Home Foods), Nabisco, Sara Lee, Cadbury-Schweppes, and Kraft Foods.

In addition to his Board role at INNOVÉ Beauty & Wellness, Randy serves on the Board of STRIVE, a national organization dedicated to helping individuals achieve economic self-sufficiency through employment.

Previously, Randy served as Board Director for Urban Therapy, Dr. Miracles, McCall Farms/Glory Foods, and Logic Source.

A proud Duke University alumnus, Randy earned both his BA in Economics and his MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, where he also serves on the Board of Visitors.

Raised in New York City, Randy is a lifelong fan of the Yankees, Giants, and Knicks and is the proud father of two.
